In a world that is increasingly globally networked, communication across language barriers is becoming more and more important. As part of its we care campaign, the OSH team has taken an innovative step to overcome this challenge. Using artificial intelligence, motion videos were set to music in a variety of languages to reach more employees and support health promotion in the workplace.

The translations of the content were created by professional translators to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance. The AI then converted these translations into spoken language, with ten of the twelve languages being dubbed - German was dubbed by OSH itself and another language was subtitled. The voice color of OSH employee Leonie Weber was used to ensure a familiar and consistent voice in all videos. This innovative method allowed the OSH team to forgo the expensive services of professional voice actors and still achieve high quality results.

By using this technology, the OSH team was able to save an impressive 60% of the project budget. Although the AI is of course not yet perfect, the response to the multilingual videos has been very positive.

The OSH team's we care campaign impressively demonstrates how artificial intelligence can not only reduce costs, but also increase the effectiveness and reach of initiatives. In order to be even more cost-efficient in the future, the OSH team is planning to increasingly integrate AI tools for translations in upcoming projects.
